Unfortunately the Evotech Performance database doesn't specifically mention the 765 R, it just says it will fit the Street Triple R, which we expect means both the 675 and the 765. We've sold hundreds of them and never had anyone say it doesn't fit their 765.
The same tail tidy fits all the other Street Triples, and the Daytona's, so unless the 765R has a different back-end to the others, you should be fine!
